Privacy notice

This notice explains how Hull Tree Care uses the details you give us when you ask for a quote through this website.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Who we are

Hull Tree Care is a tree surgery business covering Hull and East Yorkshire. We are responsible for the details you send us through this website.

What the quote form collects

When you send a quote request, we receive:

  • your name
  • your phone number
  • your town or postcode
  • the service you need, if you choose one
  • any message or job details you add

Please don't include anything in the message that we don't need to quote for the job.

How your enquiry is sent

When you send the quote form, your enquiry is sent by email to Hull Tree Care.

The form submissions are also stored by our website host, Netlify, which processes them for us as our processor. It only handles them so the form can work and does not use them for its own purposes.

How we use your details

We use them only to reply about your enquiry: to contact you, talk through the job and arrange your free quote, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. We use them because you've asked us for a quote.

We don't sell your details, we don't use them for marketing, and we don't share them with anyone else for their own use. Apart from our website host, named above, and our email provider, nobody else receives them.

How long we keep them

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.

Calls and WhatsApp

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp instead, your number and messages are also handled by your phone provider and by WhatsApp, under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them.

To ask for your details to be deleted, send a request through the quote form on our contact page, with "Delete my details" in the message and the name and phone number you used. We'll confirm once it's done.
